As an MGA Member, please take advantage of our Carts to Careers Program. Carts to Careers (CTC) is a multi-pronged approach to expanding the food industry’s workforce. The Minnesota Grocers Association Foundation, along with the State of Minnesota, provides tuition support for classes completed with the specific purpose of furthering employees’ current careers or providing educational opportunities for a new career in Minnesota's food industry. We have over 300 retail, manufacturers, and wholesale members supporting nearly 1,300 locations statewide. Our member companies employ over 150,000 union and non-union Minnesotans. We actively advance the common interest of all those engaged in any aspect of the food industry as a leader and advocate in government affairs.
