COOL Informational Packets

The USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), which is responsible for administration and enforcement of COOL (Country of Origin Labeling), has added a link on the COOL website where retailers can request a packet to be mailed to them.  The COOL Information Packet includes Program FAQs, Enforcement FAQs, Retail Compliance Data from 2009 and 2010, Resource Guide, Brochures in English and Spanish, and also a Poster containing Helpful Compliance Tips.
