Nominations for the award were submitted by the members of the MGA and judged on positive sales growth through the development and execution of new programs, the ability to foster company engagement and provide an opportunity for employee personal and professional development, and demonstrated community support and involvement.

MGA President Jamie Pfuhl and MGA Board Chair Kris Kowalski Christiansen of Kowalski Companies, Inc. presented the award on behalf of the Minnesota Grocers Association. Bob Keyho received a commemorative plaque in an awards ceremony at the MGA IndustryConnects Luncheon, as well as an acknowledgment from his peers.

“The MGA is so proud to recognize the dedication and achievements of those whose day to day efforts are laying the foundation for a vibrant and thriving industry,” said Jamie Pfuhl, MGA President.  “Bob is an industry veteran who is an advocate for the independent Minnesota retailers he serves.  His passion, hard work and commitment exemplify what makes this industry truly great.”
